Job Description: Warehouse and Operational Excellence Supervisor
Company Overview
Just Bee was founded in 2014 with a mission to create exciting and healthy honey-based products while making a positive impact on the environment by helping to save the bees. Our passion for innovation and sustainability drives everything we do. Over the years, we’ve expanded our product offerings to include a range of functional and flavored honeys, such as our certified New Zealand Manuka Raw Vitamin Honey and the popular Lemon and Ginger Vitamin Honey, ideal for boosting immunity and soothing colds. In 2020, the demand for our products surged, particularly online, as health-conscious consumers sought natural alternatives. By 2022, we moved into our facility in Trafford Park, Manchester, centralizing all operations under one roof to support our growing business. We also achieved SALSA accreditation in 2023. While we currently sell exclusively in the UK, we have ambitious plans to expand internationally.
