Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the receipt, storage, picking, wrapping, quality checking, and dispatch of all goods which pass through the warehouse.
• Run the Cross-Dock operation on a daily basis and support the team.
• Perform warehouse operations and complete supporting paperwork.
• Process receipts and shipments in a timely manner.
• Maintain and improve the appearance and cleanliness of the warehouse.
• Comply with the company's Health & Safety standards.
• Operate forklifts and other equipment used in the warehouse in a safe manner.
• Supervise a team to ensure they are carrying out their roles effectively and meeting the targets expected for the shift.
• Motivate, encourage, and give feedback to the employees on shift for continuous improvement.
• Ensure all documentation is completed and up to date on your shift for audit purposes.
• Complete training with new employees and execute further employee training when required.

Key Requirements:

• Previous warehouse experience is essential.
• Cross-dock operations experience.
• Valid Forklift Certificates.
• Experience using Warehouse Inventory Management systems is desirable.
• Excellent attention to detail and IT literate in standard packages.
• Good interpersonal, written, literacy, and team skills.
• Shift Pattern: 5 shifts from 7 Mid Shift, 2.00pm - 11.00pm (2 consecutive days off).
