Location: Chippenham
Schedule: Monday - Friday 10:30am - 19:30pm

An exciting opportunity for a warehouse supervisor to join the logistics team of a major supplier. The role affords you the ability to learn a variety of tasks which will include:

1. Picking customer orders from a specific order profile. Some loading and pallet checking will also form part of your working day.
2. Driving a Forklift Truck - Counterbalance.
3. Manage and motivate the team ensuring KPI's and deadlines are achieved.
4. Develop and train new and existing team members.
5. Manage goods inwards.
6. Disciplinary and grievance management.
7. Shift planning and covering holiday and sickness.

The warehouse supervisor role would be ideal for you if you have worked in a warehouse environment previously or have experience of picking and packing within a distribution or goods in/goods out department. You will have experience using a counterbalance forklift truck and ideally have an in-licence.

Salary: Up to £31,000 per annum
