Warehouse Supervisor

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the shift while supporting the Operations Manager. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Picking and loading multi-part orders
2. Loading and unloading vehicles
3. Operating a counterbalance FLT
4. Conducting occasional stock takes
5. Determining staffing levels
6. Assigning workloads
7. Coaching team members
8. Collaborating with other departments to resolve queries
9. Identifying areas for improvement in our processes

Please note, this role involves manual handling of large sheet materials.

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 10:30am - 7:30pm

Warehouse Supervisor Requirements:

• MUST hold a valid counterbalance FLT certificate of competence
• Relevant warehouse supervisory experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations
• Strong organisational and time management skills

Warehouse Supervisor Benefits:

• Up to £31,000 per annum, depending on experience
• Monday to Friday, no weekends
