A global manufacturing company on the next phase of its major expansion is seeking a dynamic Warehouse Supervisor to join their growing team. This is a unique opportunity to become part of a highly respected organisation.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Support the Logistics Lead in managing day-to-day operations within the warehousing areas, ensuring tasks are completed on time and correctly.
• During unsocial working hours (afternoons and nightshifts), act as the main point of contact for all site warehousing operations, ensuring the team operates safely and to the highest standards.
• Conduct regular audits, inspections, and quality checks, enforcing compliance with warehouse management systems and safety protocols, and address any issues or conflicts within the team, escalating them to the Logistics Lead when necessary.
• Responsible for all warehousing SAP processes and ensuring stock accuracy.
• Maintain health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Develop logistics operators in all aspects of the process.
• Drive the achievement of leading KPIs of the Logistics Department.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or distribution site, with a strong understanding of logistics and LEAN principles.
• Strong skills in managing and motivating a team, with experience in coaching and developing team members.
• Strong understanding and knowledge of SAP.
• Team management experience.
