Warehouse Reach Forklift Operative

Join Our Team as a Reach Warehouse Reach Truck Operative in Spalding!

Pay Rate: £13.67 per hour for up to 40 hours (breaks included!)

Overtime: Earn 1.5x your rate after 40 hours!

Shifts: Rotating Monday to Friday - 06:00–14:00 & 14:00–22:00 (1 day of the weekend on a rota basis: 06:00-16:00)

As a Reach Driver / Warehouse Operative, you will:

1. Operate Reach Trucks to handle stock in static drive-in and mobile racking.
2. Pick, assemble, and wrap orders manually.
3. Use RDT technology for pallet locating.
4. Work in a -25°C freezer environment with unscheduled warm breaks.
5. Liaise with supervisors to prioritize tasks.
6. Be a key part of a small, collaborative team.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Qualified & Experienced: Reach Truck licence essential.
2. Team Player: Reliable and ready to contribute to a tight-knit team.
3. Communicator: Able to communicate clearly in English (written and verbal).
