Culina Logistics are looking for motivated individuals to build a career within the chilled food and drink distribution industry. Culina Logistics is the leading 3rd Party Logistics business in the UK specialising in chilled warehousing, providing an excellent platform to food and drink manufacturers.

We are now recruiting for Warehouse Order Pickers to join our chilled distribution operation at our depot in Stafford (ST16).

Job Description

Working in a fast-paced environment, our Warehouse Order Pickers are responsible for the picking and palletising of packaged chilled products to retailers nationwide. In this role, you will be trained to use MHE equipment such as PPT and LLOP as part of our company induction, followed by a thorough training programme on our picking procedure.

• 4 On 4 Off Permanent Days (12 Hours)
• 4 On 4 Off Permanent Nights (12 Hours)
• 4 On 4 Off Rotating Days and Nights (12 Hours)
• Sunday to Wednesday Permanent Days (10.5 Hours)
• Sunday to Wednesday Permanent Nights (10.5 Hours)
• Wednesday to Saturday Permanent Days (10.5 Hours)
• Wednesday to Saturday Permanent Nights (10.5 Hours)

The salary for this role is dependent on the shift pattern, ranging from £25,449 (£12.26 P/H) to £27,281 (£13.12) per annum, with overtime opportunities available. Overtime shifts are paid at time and a half (x1.5) of the standard hourly rate for each hour worked.

Qualifications

We are looking for applicants with a strong work ethic and real attention to detail, who want to build a career in logistics. Though previous experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment would be an advantage, this is not a requirement as full training will be given following the induction. Our roles are physical and based in a busy distribution centre, so colleagues will be constantly active throughout their working shift.
