Warehouse Operator

Leeds

£ - Experience Dependent

Our client is a world leader in Smart power, systems, and robotics. They are seeking a warehouse operator to join their ever-growing team, based out of their Leeds site. The client is recognized as a Top UK employer.

Responsibilities

  • Perform warehouse functions related to production, boxing, goods inwards, storage, picking, and dispatching of products/orders.
  • Execute tasks as delegated and trained, following established procedures.
  • Check pick list requirements and ensure accurate picking of items.
  • Load and unload vehicles as required.
  • Operate mechanical handling equipment and tools.

Qualifications/Experience

  • Experience in warehouse operations or a similar role preferred.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (certification is a plus).
  • Excellent timekeeping and reliability.
  • Numerate with a high degree of counting accuracy and ability to operate weight counting equipment.
  • Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and ability to follow instructions.
