Warehouse Operatives

Gap Personnel are recruiting full time/Part time Warehouse operatives for our client, a leading Logistics Provider with a New flagship Distribution Centre in Bury St Edmunds.

Pay: £13.55 Per Hour

Overtime: after 37.5 hours

Different Shift Patterns Available:

1. Full time, rotating every two weeks Monday to Friday shifts will be 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM then 04:00 PM to 12:00 Midnight.
2. Full time, static shifts ongoing on either 08:00 AM to 04:00 PM only or 04:00 PM to 12:00 Midnight only Monday to Friday.
3. Part time hours minimum of 3 shifts a week rotating.

Applicants must be flexible to shifts.

Duties include but are not limited to:

1. To undertake warehouse duties as trained.
2. Ensuring a flow of stock through the distribution centre from receipt to despatch.
3. Receive, pick, pack & load products.
4. To operate lifting equipment, manual or mechanical as trained.
5. To work to company key performance standards.
6. Working to health & safety standards as trained.
7. Play an active part in creating a safe working environment.

The successful candidate will:

1. Have previous warehouse experience.
2. Be able to manage a busy goods in receiving role.
3. Able to work shifts reliably.
