Job Opportunity: Warehouse Operative in Corby

Barker Ross is excited to announce a new client opening in Corby! We are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives with a rotating shift pattern every fortnight: two weeks of AM shifts (08:00 AM to 4:00 PM) followed by two weeks of PM shifts (4:00 PM to midnight).

Pay Rate: £13.05 per hour, with overtime available after 37.5 hours.

Role Overview:

Initially, you will work in the container/HGV unloading section, where your duties will include:

1. Unloading parcels onto the conveyor
2. Palletizing parcels for storage
3. Scanning items

As you gain skills and training in this area, you will have the opportunity for further training on MHE (Manual Handling Equipment), HILOP, and LLOP.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure a smooth flow of stock through the distribution centre from receipt to dispatch
2. Receive, pick, pack, and load products
3. Operate manual or mechanical lifting equipment as trained

Induction: Starts Friday, with a Monday start date.
