Blue Arrow are currently recruiting for Parcel Sorters working on a night shift pattern to start immediately with our well-established client in Raunds NN9.

As a Parcel Sorter, you will need to be working towards tight deadlines. Would you consider yourself hardworking, dedicated, and enjoy working in a team environment? Location:
Raunds NN9

Hours:
1:00am - 09:30am

Contract:
Temp ongoing full-time hours

You must have steel safety toe cap shoes available to work on site.

Warehouse Operative Duties

1. Picking/Packing of goods
2. Sorting and moving materials onto racks and shelves
3. Assisting with unloading of vehicles and checking in of stock
4. Preparing and completing warehouse orders for delivery or pickups
5. Scanning packages and ensuring they are managed effectively
6. Unloading trailers or placing parcels from chutes in the correct location
7. Heavy lifting of parcels

Warehouse Operative Skills

1. Delivery of high standards of customer service and care of parcels
2. High level of accuracy and efficiency
3. Effective communication and teamwork
4. Compliance with health and safety standards
5. Ability to meet tight deadlines and standards
6. Previous experience of working in a Warehouse
7. Able to meet physical demands due to heavy lifting and long working hours
