Job Description:

37.5 hours per week over 5 days (minimum guaranteed)

Basic hourly rate of £12.58 (Inclusive of a 10% shift allowance for working the PM Shift)

*14:00 - 22:00 Shift hours

Overtime and extra shifts are available during peak trading times paid at time and a half

7th shift paid at double time

Your basic hourly rate will be £11.44 per hour plus a 10% shift allowance

Main Responsibilities:

1. Picking customers’ orders from location
2. Accurately loading and unloading both inbound and outbound vehicles
3. Checking paperwork is completed correctly
4. Safely moving and correctly categorising customer items within the warehouse
5. Complying with all Health and Safety policies and procedures
6. Working as a team
7. Safely using ArrowXL technical equipment
8. Maintaining a clean and tidy work environment
9. Representing ArrowXL to the highest standard

The Ideal Candidate:

It is essential that you have:

1. Experience working in a similar, fast-paced operational environment
2. A positive, can-do attitude
3. Excellent communication and customer service skills
4. Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
5. Ability to prioritise Health and Safety for yourself and your colleagues
6. Confidence to work with computer systems (specific system training will be provided)
