Order Picker/Warehouse Operative - Night Shift

Pay Rate: £12.50 standard, £15.63 between 22:00-04:00 (increasing after 12 weeks to £13.84 and £17.30)

Job Type: Temp to perm

Location: Goldthorpe, S63 **Due to shift times, candidates must live local to the site or have their own means of transport**

Hours: 20:00 - finish (around 04:00 but finish time is not set, shifts can be roughly between 7-9 hours long)

Monthly 5/7 rota, so must be flexible to work weekends.

The Role:

• This will involve working in a chiller, between 2 and 5 degrees so must be comfortable in chilled temperatures.
• Achieving daily pick rates/KPIs.
• Voice picking using a headset.
• Driving/operating a LLOP (low-level order picker).
• Adhere to health and safety regulations.
• Make sure products are secured, marked up correctly, and in the correct area for dispatch.
• Full coaching and training is provided alongside and throughout a 12-week structured training plan tailored to the department and the employee.

The Candidate:

• Ideally will have previous experience within a warehouse or otherwise physically demanding environment.
• Good attitude towards work.
• Reliability.
