Position: Warehouse Operative Salary: £23,816 Location: Ashington, Pulborough Hours: Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:30

Warehouse Operative Job Duties:

1. Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts.
2. Report stock variances proactively.
3. Create accurate KPI reports.
4. Ensure paperwork and systems accuracy.
5. Safely store stock.
6. Assist with warehouse administration.
7. Support the warehouse team.

Warehouse Operative Experience Required/Preferred:

1. Warehouse or distribution experience.
2. Forklift truck (FLT) licenses.
3. Knowledge of SAP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
4. Reliable and flexible work ethic.
5. Basic spoken English proficiency.
6. Strong communication skills.
7. Literacy and numeracy skills.
