Warehouse Operative / Forklift Operative

Right Now Group are currently looking for a temp to perm Warehouse Operative / Forklift Operative to join our busy client based within Heathrow.
Location: Heathrow
Shift pattern: 4 on 4 off - 2 days and 2 nights

Hours: 07:00 to 19:00 (Days) and 19:00 to 07:00 (Nights)
Salary: £26000 + £4000 shift allowance

Responsibilities of a Warehouse Operative / Forklift Operative:

• Receiving and storing freight
• Picking freight, dispatching and labelling in accordance with set requirements of each customer
• Loading and unloading vehicles.
• General administration of inbound and outbound orders.
• Inventory control.
• Preparing warehouse pick notes.
• Ensuring strict compliance.
• Ensuring all failures, damage and discrepancies are dealt with efficiently and reported to the supervisor
• Being able to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to transport cargo and goods
• Maintaining and checking the forklift is in working order and reporting any defects to the Warehouse Manager

Skills required to be a Warehouse Operative / Forklift Operative
- 1 years experience working in a warehouse.
- 1 years experience operating a forklift
- Must be computer literate.
- Counterbalance and Reach forklift licence - both preferred.
- 5 years checkable history.
- Clear DBS.
