Warehouse Operative - Ecommerce (Full Time & Part Time)

Lovisa was created out of a need for on-trend fashion jewelry at ready-to-wear prices. Our trend spotting departments worldwide take inspiration from couture runways and current street style to deliver new, must-have styles to our customers.

We are a fashion-forward jewelry brand that caters to everyone, with 150 new styles being delivered to stores each week. We give exceptional customer service and apply our core belief, It’s about you, always to everything we do.

Our expanding e-commerce platform in the UK is driving growth in our online business. As a result, we are looking to increase our staffing levels to meet the rising demand.

The Shift

FT & PT hours available, standard open hours are 08:30-17:00. Open hours and shift patterns may change dependent on business requirements.

Key roles and responsibilities

1. Accurately pick and pack website customer orders meeting company KPI’s.
2. Ensure systems are correctly updated throughout the order process.
3. Provide stock counts as and when necessary.
4. Label and ship orders ahead of daily collections.

Stock Management

1. Receive and accurately locate stock.
2. Process returns, ensuring stock returned is counted and booked correctly.
3. Ensure all damaged/unpickable items are recorded and segregated.

Health and Safety

1. Comply with facility health and safety and adhere to company guidelines.
2. Maintain a clean working environment.

The ideal candidate

1. Enthusiastic and positive.
2. Processing order experience/eCommerce or warehouse packing experience is an advantage.
3. Excellent English and numeracy skills.
4. Be competent in the use of computers including Excel & MS Teams.
