Warehouse Operative (CNC) - High Wycombe - Immediate Start

Are you looking for a hands-on role in a busy and supportive production environment? We're currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative in High Wycombe, with a focus on CNC machine operation. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who's either experienced with CNC machinery or eager to learn and develop new skills in a technical setting.

What's on Offer:

  1. Full-time hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  2. Immediate start available
  3. Ongoing temporary position with long-term potential

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operating and assisting with CNC machinery to manufacture precision parts
  2. Setting up and adjusting machines for production runs
  3. Following technical drawings and instructions accurately
  4. Performing basic maintenance and troubleshooting on machines
  5. Maintaining a clean and safe working area

What We're Looking For:

  1. Previous CNC experience is a bonus, but not essential
  2. A strong willingness to learn and develop new technical skills is a must
