Warehouse Operative (CNC) - High Wycombe - Immediate Start
Are you looking for a hands-on role in a busy and supportive production environment? We're currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative in High Wycombe, with a focus on CNC machine operation. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who's either experienced with CNC machinery or eager to learn and develop new skills in a technical setting.
What's on Offer:
- Full-time hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Immediate start available
- Ongoing temporary position with long-term potential

- Training provided for the right candidate
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating and assisting with CNC machinery to manufacture precision parts
- Setting up and adjusting machines for production runs
- Following technical drawings and instructions accurately
- Performing basic maintenance and troubleshooting on machines
- Maintaining a clean and safe working area
What We're Looking For:
- Previous CNC experience is a bonus, but not essential
- A strong willingness to learn and develop new technical skills is a must
- Good attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
- Reliable, punctual, and physically fit for a production environment
