Warehouse Operative – Windows Manufacturing

We are advertising on behalf of our esteemed client, a leading windows manufacturing company based in Lenwade. They are seeking dedicated Warehouse Operatives to join their dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for a long-term role with growth potential.

Location: Lenwade, NR9 (Own transport required due to location)
Shifts Available:

• AM Shift: 06:00 - 14:00
• PM Shift: 14:00 - 22:00

Compensation:

• Hourly Rate: £12.31 per hour
• Weekly Bonus: £20

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the manufacturing and assembly of window products.
• Fabricate aluminium window frames according to technical specifications.
• Work with materials such as glass and frames, ensuring proper handling and assembly.
• Operate machinery and tools safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production target.

Requirements:

• Previous manufacturing experience is preferred but not essential; full training will be provided.
• Must have reliable transportation due to the location.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
