Warehouse Operative - Windows Manufacturing


We are advertising on behalf of our esteemed client, a leading windows manufacturing company based in Lenwade. They are seeking dedicated Warehouse Operatives to join their dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for a long-term role with growth potential.


Location: Lenwade, NR9 (Own transport required due to location)


Shifts Available:

  1. AM Shift: 06:00 - 14:00
  2. PM Shift: 14:00 - 22:00

Compensation:

Hourly Rate: £12.31 per hour
Weekly Bonus: £20


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the manufacturing and assembly of window products.
  2. Fabricate aluminium window frames according to technical specifications.
  3. Work with materials such as glass and frames, ensuring proper handling and assembly.
  4. Operate machinery and tools safely and efficiently.
  5. Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
  6. Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
  7. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.

Requirements:

  1. Previous manufacturing experience is preferred but not essential; full training will be provided.
  2. Must have reliable transportation due to the location.
  3. Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  4. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
