We have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Operative to join our Birmingham (Aston) based Logistics team.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all stock is safely loaded and unloaded from delivery vehicles within the hub. This includes efficiently breaking down loads into delivery routes, utilising scanning procedures where required, and preparing bulk palettes for drivers. You will also be responsible for ensuring all loads are secured, communicating load conditions to drivers, and producing relevant paperwork when applicable.
Additional responsibilities include covering holidays and absences as needed. This will involve loading vehicles, ensuring all relevant documentation is in place before leaving the depot, and using appropriate technology to obtain proof of deliveries.
Your Schedule: Monday - Friday, 3:00am - 11:30am.
Your Duties As a Warehouse Operative Will Include:

- Preparing bulk palettes and ensuring load security.
- Communicating load conditions to drivers and producing necessary paperwork.
- Covering for holiday and absence periods, including loading vehicles and ensuring all documentation and proof of deliveries are completed.
