Position Overview:

As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a vital role in our daily operations. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the efficient handling of goods, from receiving and storing to picking and dispatching. Your skills with an FLT will be essential for moving items safely and effectively throughout the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operate Forklift Trucks to load and unload goods safely.
2. Accurately pick and pack orders for dispatch.
3. Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment.
4. Conduct regular inventory checks and assist in stock management.
5. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
6. Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets and deadlines.

What We're Looking For:

1. A valid FLT licence (essential).
2. Previous experience in a warehouse environment is mandatory.
3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in your work.
4. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
5. A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
6. Good physical fitness, as the role may require lifting and manual handling.
