Pertemps Lincoln have brand-new temporary placements covering Spring, for a local employer based near Sleaford. Our customer is a successful, award winning, UK based producer and is looking for Warehouse Operatives / Picking & Packing Staff to join their team.

This is a great opportunity for local employment which will be full time until at least June 2025.

What will I be expected to do?

1. Work within goods in and out department.
2. Picking and packing orders.
3. Loading and unloading vehicles (materials and finished products), checking stock.
4. Visual quality checks on the products as you pack customer's orders.
5. Be versatile, and willing to learn new skills.
6. Carry out other warehouse/production duties as and when required.

What skills do I need?

1. Previous experience in a warehouse or physically active role.
2. Proven ability to work using own initiative.
3. The ability to communicate well with other team members and management.
4. Ability to demonstrate commitment, reliability, and good timekeeping.
5. Due to the location of site, you must have your own form of transport.

What hours will I be working?

The hours are for this role are Monday to Friday 0800 to 1630. This will change to Sunday to Thursday from April 2025 onwards.

How much will I be paid?

You will be paid £11.44 per hour, rising to a minimum of £12.21 per hour in April.
