Responsibilities:
  1. Work with a RF scanning system to complete tasks as issued through the warehouse management system, on a timely basis to meet production and despatch deadlines.
  2. Liaise with all relevant departments and job functions in order to facilitate the smooth and efficient operation of the warehouses.
  3. Liaise with the Team Leader on the reporting, corrective action or preventative measures required overcoming any issues, which may affect the efficient operation within the warehouse.
  4. Maintain administrative procedures for the efficient running of the warehouse.
  5. Perform Internal Safety Audits as required.
  6. Participate in continuous improvement activities to improve the efficiency and safety of the warehouse.
  7. Operate the mechanical handling equipment safely and conform with all safety requirements associated with the equipment – Reach, counterbalance.
  8. Comply with Health and Safety, Hygiene, Environmental and general housekeeping policies and procedures.
  9. Undertake such other reasonable duties as may be required in the post, the department mentioned above or in the company.
  10. Take reasonable care for the Health, Safety and Environment of himself and other persons affected by his/her acts or omissions at work.
  11. 12 months experience in Grange warehouse.
  12. Cycle Counting.
  13. Intersites In & Out, Stock Takes, Issuing.
  14. Pallet Control Grange - Warehouse and Production.
  15. Issue RM and PM to work order and shop floor receiving WIP and FG.
  16. Receive Goods In.
  17. Configure an SKU on SNAP.
