Warehouse Operative

Warehouse Operative for our client in Quedgeley must hold a Forklift License, paying £13.00 - £13.50 per hour, working Monday to Friday 07:00-17:00, with a permanent contract available for the right candidate.

We are currently recruiting a motivated Warehouse Operative to join our client in Quedgeley. The successful candidate will be responsible for picking and packing orders, performing inbound and outbound stock control, labelling products, and providing general support to the production team. The role requires someone who can work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and health and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
2. Perform inbound and outbound stock control duties.
3. Label products accurately.
4. Provide general support to the production team.
5. Ensure health and safety standards are always maintained.
6. Maintain a clean and tidy work area.
7. Use PPE and follow health and safety guidelines.

Requirements:

1. Good computer and data input skills.
2. Hold a counterbalance forklift certificate (Desirable).
3. Previous experience in a similar role, particularly in warehouse, would be beneficial.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Excellent attention to detail.
6. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Further information:

Competitive hourly rate of £12.00 - £12.30 per hour, option for weekly or monthly pay.
Shifts - Monday to Friday 07:00 to 17:00
30-minute unpaid lunch
