YOUR ROLE

As we expand into our new facility in Longtown, we're looking to welcome enthusiastic warehouse operatives to support from our flagship site in Telford to support the new site's launch and growth. In this role, you'll be a vital part of our daily operations, taking on a diverse range of warehouse tasks that keep everything running smoothly.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Fantastic working hours Monday - Friday 8am-4pm
• As part of our Offline support team, you will be providing warehouse support.
• Operate Warehouse Management Systems to meet operational requirements for individual and team productivity performance standards including accuracy.
• Respond constructively to customer and internal department requests.
• Provide accurate individual productivity performance measurement figures e.g. daily activity tracker.
• Actively contribute towards continuous improvement projects and share ideas.
• Report stock reconciliation issues found to Team Leader.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

• Understanding warehouse practices e.g. receipting, picking, loading.
• Experience of working to agreed targets.
• Ability to achieve a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to deliver to tight deadlines in an organised and informed manner.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety at work.
