The Role

We are looking for motivated and dedicated Distribution Operatives to join our CLIENT'S TEAM during their evening shifts.

Role Overview

As a Distribution Operative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that goods are accurately and efficiently processed for delivery. This is a fast-paced role, perfect for someone who enjoys physical work and is committed to ensuring that all products are handled with care.

Key Responsibilities

1. Unloading, sorting, and loading of goods
2. Ensuring orders are picked and packed correctly
3. Scanning and recording products into the system
4. Organizing products for efficient distribution
5. Adhering to safety and compliance guidelines
6. Keeping the work area clean and organized
7. Supporting the team in meeting daily targets

Skills & Experience Required

1. Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment (preferred but not essential)
2. Ability to work efficiently in a team and independently
3. Good communication skills
4. Basic IT skills for scanning and tracking products
5. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet targets
6. A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn
