Job Description - Warehouse Operative with a Counterbalance Forklift Licence

Osborne Appointments are recruiting for Warehouse Operatives for our client, an Industrial business, based in Dereham, on an ongoing temporary to permanent basis.

Hours of a Production Operative: Monday – Friday 06:30am to 4:30pm

Pay rate: £28,000 annual salary - £12 per hour

Duties of a Forklift Operator:

Picking using a picking sheet
Packing the picked items ready for dispatch
Loading and unloading
Knowledge of dispatch
Adhering to all health and safety standards
Various duties to be taken once trained
Moving materials and equipment around the warehouse
Keeping the warehouse tidy and organised
Use of Counterbalance forklift

Personal Specification of Forklift Operative:

Counterbalance Forklift License
Must have good attention to detail
Previous experience of working in a Warehouse Environment
Applicants must be able to work under pressure
Applicants must be able to undertake a physically demanding role
