Job Title: Forklift/ Warehouse Assistant
Location: Cheltenham
Job Type: Full-time
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (with potential overtime)
Salary: £26,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee Production: Keep things running smoothly by ensuring the production line stays on schedule and meets quality standards.
2. Operate Machinery: Be hands-on, using forklifts and other machinery to move materials and finished goods efficiently.
3. Quality Control: Perform key checks to make sure every product meets our high-quality standards.
4. Packaging & Shipping: Accurately prepare goods for shipment and make sure everything's properly labeled.
5. Inventory Control: Keep a close eye on stock levels and materials to ensure there's no disruption in production.
6. Safety First: Always follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team.

What We're Looking For:

1. Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment without losing attention to detail
2. Strong work ethic and top-notch organizational skills
3. Physical capability to lift up to 25kg unassisted and stay on your feet during shifts
4. Teamwork skills that help you work seamlessly with others
5. Forklift licence (counterbalance or reach truck) - MUST be valid and in date
6. Previous experience in a warehouse or production environment is a plus

Qualifications:

1. GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths
2. Valid Forklift licence
3. Reliable mode of transportation
