Adecco have teamed up with a forward thinking and dynamic client who are in the manufacturing industry, looking to add to their already successful warehouse and logistics department. As a Warehouse Operative, you will play an integral part in the logistical operation covering the UK.

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.00am to 4.00pm (one evening shift 12.00pm to 8.00pm per week) PLUS one Sunday in 3; however, you will get the Friday off that week.

The main day-to-day responsibilities in the warehouse:

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming deliveries.
• Carry out warehouse operations in an efficient and timely manner, limiting waste whenever possible.
• Load and unload goods using appropriate equipment.
• Store products in designated areas, ensuring proper organisation and labelling.
• Prepare and complete orders in time for courier collection.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as wrapping machinery, forklifts, pallet stackers, and pallet trolleys.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Report any discrepancies or quality issues to the Operations Manager.
• Undertake weekly stock takes.
