Warehouse Operatives Wanted In BASILDON!
Logistics People are looking for Warehouse Operatives to join our team.
Location: Basildon, Great Bear
Working Hours:
- Monday - Friday 22:00 - 06:00 Shifts Available
Pay rate: A£12.60 P/hr + A£1.91 shift allowance per hour
Position: Warehouse Operative
Logistics People are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join our team in Basildon, based at our Great Bear site.
As a Warehouse Operative for Logistics People, your role will consist of various duties including but not limited to:
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment, including sweeping and disposing of debris.
- Handling stock respectfully, with a high attention to detail.
- Heavy lifting involved.
- Assisting with other duties as assigned by management.
- Participating in any required training sessions to enhance job knowledge and skills.
- Loading and unloading vehicles with scrap tyres.
- Handballing involved.
- Counterbalance or Reach Truck experience would be beneficial for this role.
- All training is provided for this role.
Our ideal candidate:
- Able to work as a part of a team and be self-managed when necessary.
- Able to comply with Health and Safety policies on site.
- Ability to work accurately and methodically.
- Good communication skills.
- Flexible approach to duties and tasks.
