Role Overview

As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring the efficient handling of goods and maintaining high standards of organisation and safety. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with stock management, order preparation, and general warehouse duties.

Key Responsibilities

1. Picking and packing orders accurately to meet customer requirements
2. Loading and unloading deliveries in a safe and efficient manner
3. Moving and organising stock within the warehouse facility
4. Conducting quality control checks to ensure products meet company standards
5. Assisting with general housekeeping to maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment
6. Following all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment

Candidate Requirements

1. Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is advantageous but not essential
2. Strong attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy
3. Physically fit and capable of handling manual lifting tasks
4. A proactive and team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when required
5. Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
