Warehouse Operative

Warehouse Operative required to work for our client in Abingdon, Oxfordshire.

Our client is a family-run business that is looking for a reliable and methodical individual to join their team at a warehouse in Abingdon, Oxfordshire.

Salary: £26,000 Per Annum

Job details: Permanent

Location: Abingdon, Oxfordshire.

Hours: Monday to Friday 09.00-17.30 (30 minutes for lunch)

Start date: ASAP

About the role:

As the Warehouse Operative, your responsibilities will include:

• General daily picking & packing, taking stock from automated picking machines & pallet racking and packing as required.
• Carry out other warehouse duties such as stock taking, booking in/goods inward, pallet logging, machine/racking replenishment, cardboard shredding, and box making.
• Accuracy and the ability to correctly follow procedures and instructions is critical in this role in order to maintain our high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a high level of housekeeping throughout warehouse areas.
• Liaise with the Warehouse regarding customer orders.
