You will be joining our fast-paced and fast-growing Events Operations Team, with a main focus of generating sales for our 5 food & beverage brands:
- Bar Brothers Events
- The Master Mixologist
- The Red Host
- The Luxury Picnic Company
- The Luxury Event Company (Launching Spring 2025)
In 2024 we hosted over 500 events for B2B and B2C clients, from weddings and birthday parties to 250 guest corporate Christmas dinners and cocktail parties.
We are looking for a Warehouse Operations Manager who can play a vital role in ensuring smooth warehouse operations and top-tier customer service at events across all brands.
Please note this is a fixed term contract from May - December.
In this role, your core duties and responsibilities will be as below, but not limited to:
- Ordering Stock: Order all relevant stock needed for upcoming events either via our wholesaler or online where unique ingredients are necessary.
- Events Prep/ Unpacking: Unloading and reloading vans with all the relevant equipment for an event, whether it’s a 30 guests dry hire or a 500 person event with canapes and bowl food!
- Stock management: Manage stock levels & ensure all drinks are labelled in line with EHO standards. Create a bank of stock photographs and ensure all stock is in working order, managing repairs or re-ordering where necessary.
- Customer service: Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries during events, providing ETA’s and resolving stock queries.
- General Administration: Maintain accurate records of what’s gone in/out of the warehouse, keep track of PODs and support warehouse operations as needed.
- Event management: Sometimes you may be required to attend events as either waiting staff, bar support or bar tender.
You will work closely with our Head of Events & Operations team, based in Moor Park near Watford, North London as well as provide support to our brilliant Head Chef for stock management and freelance bar/waiting staff facilitating warehouse departures on event days.

- You are a driver with a clean licence and at least 2 years of van driving experience (Short wheel bases vans like transit vans and long-wheel base vans such as Sprinters or Boxer vans, as well as 1 Luton van).
- You enjoy practical jobs and coming into the office for work.
- Fast paced environments are what gets you up in the morning.
- You are a “do-er” and an ideas person, who goes out of their way to get the job done and is always thinking of new ways to do things!
- You communicate strongly both in person and virtually.
- You have strong data skills, including Google sheets, Canva and Microsoft.
- You are passionate about new businesses and want to be part of a small but fast-growing set of brands.
- You are able to work in Moor Park near Watford, where we do have parking available or Moor Park station a short 5 minute cab ride away.
- You are a problem solver under pressure, handling issues in real time with efficiency and ease, coming up with solutions on your own before calling Senior Management.
- You are ambitious, motivated, and eager to learn from others.
- You pride yourself on delivering high-quality, detail-oriented work.
- You’re not scared of hard work, with some days in peak season exceeding 12 hours.
- You are within an easy commute to our offices in Watford, WD18. Driving to the warehouse is essential.
- You love tasting delicious food every time we change our seasonal menus and want regular staff lunch for free when you’re in the office!
