WAREHOUSE MANAGER ** NIGHTS **

Location: South Yorkshire

Salary: Generous OTE depending on experience + benefits packages

Summary
Interaction Recruitment are looking for experienced Warehouse Managers on NIGHTS to join a successful business for their Logistics, Technical and Supply chain divisions based in South Yorkshire. You will be responsible for a vital part of the supply chain process; you'll manage people, systems and processes in order to make sure goods are received and dispatched appropriately and that targets are met.

Key Responsibilities

1. Liaise with customers, transport companies and suppliers.
2. Co-ordinate and monitor the receipt, order, assembly and dispatch of goods.
3. Have a clear understanding of the company's policies and how the warehouse contributes to the operation.
4. Co-ordinate the use of automated and computerised systems where necessary.
5. Motivate, encourage and organise teamwork within colleagues to ensure productivity.
6. Manage performance to achieve high levels of customer service.
7. Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security in the work environment.

Key Skills/Experience

1. People Management and team working skills.
2. MHE Licences required, FLT etc.
3. Technical and IT Skills, especially database and spreadsheet management.
4. Problem solving skills and the ability to work on a strategic level.
5. A flexible approach to work as many warehouses operate on varied shift patterns.
6. Strong leader, with excellent motivational skills.
