Location: East London

Salary: £40k- £50k DOE

Working Hours: Monday-Friday

Are you an experienced Warehouse Manager looking for a new challenge?

Our well-established client based in East London is looking for a Warehouse Manager to join their growing team!

As a Warehouse Manager, you will be:

1. Organising and managing the safe storage of products within the warehouse.
2. Overseeing logistics processes, including goods-in, daily stock accuracy, and goods-out operations.
3. Ensuring all warehouse operations comply with safety standards, and staff receive up-to-date and relevant training.
4. Utilising real-time data collection to enhance accuracy and productivity.
5. Maintaining a high level of stock accuracy.
6. Ensuring the quality and accuracy of all goods or equipment received and dispatched.
7. Upholding health, safety, and security standards and enforcing company policies and regulations.
8. Managing staff by building strong teams, providing training, and monitoring production performance.
9. Communicating effectively with clients, vendors, suppliers, and customers.
10. Collaborating with other departments to ensure appropriate stock levels and availability to meet customer demands.
11. Maintaining warehouse machinery and tools, ensuring they are in excellent working condition.

The successful candidate will have/be:

1. Experience in warehouse operations within a fast-paced distribution environment.
2. A strong and fair leader who can deal with disciplinaries and other issues effectively.
3. A combilift or counterbalance licence.
4. Experience with change to using warehouse scanners is desirable.
5. Exceptional organisation and leadership skills.
6. A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy across the board.
