Job description

I am recruiting an experienced Warehouse Manager with Pharma experience to join a fantastic company based in Liverpool.


Package: £60000 p/a + great company benefits


Hours: Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm


(Occasional flexibility may be required based on achieving the objectives for the role or to meet production demands).


Duties as a Warehouse Manager in the Pharma Industry:
  1. Lead a large warehouse operation as well as training and mentoring warehouse staff in operational procedures, safety protocols, and equipment handling.
  2. Manage logistics procedures, including receiving and dispatching stock, and ensure accurate stock levels through regular audits.
  3. Review and sign off on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain operational integrity and quality.
  4. Create and maintain team culture.
Skills/ Experience:
  1. Demonstrate compliance to MHRA requirements.
  2. Proven experience in warehouse management within the pharmaceutical industry.
  3. Strong knowledge of Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and regulatory compliance.
  4. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  5. Knowledge and experience in warehouse management systems and inventory control software.
