Join our client’s dynamic team as a Warehouse Manager, overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth warehouse functionality. Ideal for a hands-on leader with a knack for optimizing processes and fostering a positive work environment.

Compensation: $50,000 – $55,000/yr DOE

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supervise and train 1-2 warehouse associates in a hands-on leadership role.
• Oversee inbound/outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
• Optimize warehouse space, maintain organization, and ensure product rotation.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counting and address discrepancies.
• Attend meetings, report concerns, and conduct team briefings.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, security, and safety compliance.

What You’ll Need to be Considered:

• Previous warehouse or shipping management experience.
• Experience working in construction, manufacturing, or distribution.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage inventory and ensure warehouse organization.
• Knowledge of safety standards (OSHA, DOT).
