Salary 12.45 - 20.55 GBP Hourly + Immediate start
We are currently hiring for our prestigious client for Warehouse Operatives roles in Coventry, CV6 4BX Ambient picking only, no chill.

Pay Rates & Shifts as a Warehouse Operative:
You will be working 5 days out of 7, this is not Monday to Friday.
- DAY SHIFT RATE: (6am-2pm) from 12.45 to 20.55 per hour
- BACK SHIFT RATE: (2pm-10pm) from 14.32 to 20.55 per hour
- NIGHT SHIFT: (10pm-6am) from 15.57 to 20.55 per hour
Your role as a Warehouse Operative:
- Pick items using a voice activated pick system. Operate LLOP (full training provided).
- Maintain and support the wider team to ensure high standards of housekeeping and Health & Safety. Achieve pick rate targets set for the team - 88%.
- Contribute to performance and productivity targets set for staff.
- Remain focused under pressure in a time-sensitive environment.
