WAREHOUSE OPERATOR/GENERAL LABOURER - HU15 AREA

WHAT WE OFFER:

SHIFT: SUN - FRI 6.00AM TILL Finish

PAY RATE: £12.60 per hour

Driving Licence: A must due to location

FLT: Desired but not essential

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring plants are stored in the correct location and in good condition.
• Receiving, unpacking, arranging, and storing goods.
• Gathering, packing, preparing, and loading goods for dispatching.
• Checking stock for damage and wear, reporting faults.
• Manual handling up to 10kg.
• Regularly inspect plants for quality standards.
• Implement necessary quality control measures to address any issues identified.

Compliance and Sustainability:

• Ensure compliance with all applicable agricultural regulations and environmental standards.
• Promote sustainable farming practices, including water conservation and integrated pest management.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and address issues quickly and effectively in a dynamic agricultural environment.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with farm equipment operation and data analysis tools.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
