Driving Licence required due to location.
FLT certification desired but not essential.

Ensure plants are stored correctly and in good condition.
Receive, unpack, arrange, and store goods efficiently.
Inspect plants for quality and implement control measures.

WAREHOUSE OPERATOR/GENERAL LABOURER - HU15 AREA

WHAT WE OFFER:

SHIFT: SUN - FRI 6.00AM TILL Finish

PAY RATE: £12.60 per hour

Driving Licence is a must due to location

FLT desired but not essential

Key Responsibilities:

Ensuring plants are stored in the correct location and in good condition
Receiving, unpacking, arranging and storing goods
Gathering, packing, preparing and loading goods for dispatching
Checking stock for damage and wear, reporting faults.
Manual handling up to 10kg
Regularly inspect plants for quality standards.
Implement necessary quality control measures to address any issues identified.

Compliance and Sustainability:

Ensure compliance with all applicable agricultural regulations and environmental standards.
Promote sustainable farming practices, including water conservation and integrated pest management.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and address issues quickly and effectively in a dynamic agricultural environment.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with farm equipment operation and data analysis tools.
Physical Fitness: Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
