Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Inventory Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with inventory management, scheduling, and handling logistics for both inbound and outbound materials. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient flow of materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, and adhering to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Greet and check in drivers for incoming materials and outgoing finished products.
  2. Assist with coordinating and scheduling both inbound and outbound appointments.
  3. Receive inbound purchase orders, including tomato bins.
  4. Create transfers and shuttles both internally and externally to support production as needed.
  5. Adjust inventory in JustFoods ERP system as required.
  6. Perform physical counts of finished goods and packaging.
  7. Conduct monthly cycle counts for organic raw materials.
  8. Assist with identifying and following up on discrepancies, including communicating with customers before shipments leave the warehouse.
  9. Assist in processing damage reports, quality holds, and other inventory transactions.
  10. Assist with posting sales order invoices and processing sample requests.
  11. Receive all raw ingredients (except vinegar and soybean tankers) ensuring compliance with food quality and safety standards.
  12. Verify the Certificate of Analysis (COA) for all incoming ingredients, using JustFoods ERP to ensure COA meets specifications.
  13. Assist in product recall procedures as necessary.
  14. Perform other duties as assigned or requested by management.

Qualifications:

  1. Previous experience in warehouse or inventory management is required.
  2. Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly JustFoods, is a plus.
  3. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  4. Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers.
  5. Knowledge of food safety and quality standards is essential.
