Job Description

We are looking for an experienced warehouse cleaner and general maintenance person to join our team working towards a temp to perm position. Our client, a leader in the packaging industry, is currently looking for someone new to join their team. This will be a completely varied role throughout the week and not just involve cleaning. There will be an element of maintenance involved throughout the week. Tasks you can expect to complete will involve (but not be restricted to):

1. Emptying bins/recycling
2. Removing plastic waste
3. Hoovering/mopping/buffing floors
4. Re-filling PPE
5. Cleaning internal windows
6. Removing broken pallets
7. Helping with unloading when required
8. Toilet cleaning
9. Painting as required
10. Outdoor and office cleaning
11. General maintenance

Duration: If you are successful with this position, it will be full-time and ongoing.

Hourly Rate: You will be on a starting rate of £12.21 per hour, with 28 days a year holiday pro rata. We do not provide Visa Sponsorships.

Working Hours: You must be flexible throughout the week as the role evolves. Initially, you will work Monday to Friday hours possibly between 07:00 – 16:00, but hours could be longer or shorter depending on what is required that day.
