An opportunity exists for a Warehouse / Freezer Store Person at our branch located in Port Melbourne. This role requires 4:00 am starts, with a 12:30 pm finish, Monday to Friday.

About the Role:

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the successful applicant will be required to pick and assemble goods, load trucks efficiently, manage the inventory processes involved in the receipt and put away of stock, maintain bin locations, and ensure general tidiness of the facility. This is a physical position with some heavy lifting and requires flexibility to work various shifts in a freezer environment.

Duties:

• Pick and assemble goods accurately
• Load trucks
• Adhere to time management and product integrity
• Perform work in the freezer storage area at minus 25 degrees temperature

Skills and Experience:

• A current forklift licence with reach experience
• Be physically fit
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Previous warehouse experience desirable but not essential
