Job Title: Warehouse Forklift Driver

Location: Crittall Road, Witham

Salary: Highly Competitive

Hours: 42.5 hours per week/Rotating shift pattern/Monday to Friday

Are you an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver looking for a fast-paced, hands-on role in a dynamic logistics company? Key Skills and Qualifications to succeed in this role:

1. Forklift Certified (Counterbalance) - essential
2. Warehouse experience, including loading and unloading vehicles
3. Previous experience in loading international groupage trailers would be an advantage
4. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
5. A keen eye for detail and commitment to safety
6. A team player with a flexible approach

Key duties & Responsibilities:

1. Efficiently load, unload and move cargo using a counterbalance forklift
2. Manage stock and prepare goods for international shipping
3. Pick, pack and dispatch orders accurately and on time
4. Maintain warehouse organisation and safety standards
5. Wrap and unwrap goods and stock management
6. Work as part of a collaborative, high energy team

Hours of Work

Monday - Friday
Rotating Shifts Pattern:

Week 1: Monday to Friday
Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

42.5 hours per week
