• Overseeing a team of up to 100 agency warehouse operatives
• Working alongside first line managers and senior staff to ensure compliance and achieve great results for our customers
• Ensuring accuracy of receipt of goods in and dispatch of outbound deliveries in full
• Managing colleague performance, absence, and conduct
• Responsible for the health and safety of colleagues on site
• Maintaining and improving KPIs of colleagues
• Warehouse administration and use of Warehouse Management System
