Warehouse Coordinator

Join a trusted provider of care and patient handling equipment, dedicated to improving lives and enabling better care! We are seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to join our client's team in Ipswich. This is an exciting opportunity for an organised, proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Position Overview:
As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the warehouse. Your contributions will directly impact our client's ability to meet their customers' needs effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Efficiently carry out all warehouse work, ensuring the warehouse is kept to a cleanly, tidy standard.
2. Assist delivery drivers with unloading and signing for incoming deliveries.
3. Unpack goods and manage stock, preparing items for installation or delivery, and support with deliveries and installations as required.
4. Conduct pre-delivery inspections (PDI) and setup for advanced products.
5. Manage goods-in queries and assist with warranty and returns processes.
6. Pick orders accurately for installation and delivery.
7. Utilise and update the stock system regularly.
8. Prepare goods for carriers by 3:00 PM daily.
9. Conduct regular stock taking and manage manual stock adjustments.
10. Oversee demo stock handling, including decontamination and testing.
11. Adhere to the company's Health & Safety policy in all duties.
12. Be flexible and ready to assist with additional tasks as needed.

Hours and Compensation:

1. Contract Type: Permanent
2. Working Pattern: Full Time, 7 AM - 4:30 PM
3. Salary: £27,000 - £30,000, dependent on experience.
