Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and reliable individual to assist with warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping and receiving, and material organization. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Receive and inspect incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality.
2. Pick, pack, and prepare items for shipment to jobs or customers.
3. Maintain an organized inventory and ensure materials are easily accessible.
4. Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely.
5. Process returns and restock materials as needed.
6. Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams for timely order fulfillment.
7. Assist with inventory counts and audits.
8. Ensure a clean and safe warehouse environment.
9. Load/unload goods, securing materials for safe transport.
10. Report discrepancies or issues with shipments or inventory to management.

Qualifications

1. High school diploma or GED.
2. 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations or a related field.
3. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
4. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
5. Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
6. Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment.

Work Conditions

1. Warehouse setting (indoor/outdoor exposure).
2. No travel required.
