Warehouse Associate

We are the largest pool building/service company in New England, and we have an exciting position open for a Warehouse Associate! Our service warehouse is located in Plymouth, MA. We provide construction services to residential/commercial markets in the New England area.

We are looking for a full-time Warehouse Assistant who understands the many aspects of warehousing. This individual will eventually process orders, maintain inventory transaction records, and oversee various warehouse operations, such as receiving and stocking and enforce warehouse operational policies and procedures.

We are seeking an organized, reliable, detail and service-oriented individual to join our growing team. We will train you in our process.

Requirements and Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Relevant work experience preferred, but not required.
2. Should possess good interpersonal skills to be able to get along with fellow members of staff.
3. Forklift certification and/or ability to successfully complete forklift training and operate machinery safely according to company protocol.
4. Physical stamina, able to work long hours on one's feet and lift 50+ pounds.
5. Excellent organization and efficient time-management skills.
6. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
7. Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
8. Some weekend work may be required seasonally.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Receiving and stocking inventory items.
2. Cycle counting to manage inventory accuracy.
3. Loading and unloading trucks of incoming and outgoing materials.
4. Shutdown and lock up warehouse at the end of the day.
5. Ensuring warehouse and assorted equipment is serviceable when needed and that a safe and clean workspace is maintained at all times.
