We are building the 'Walmart of import-export'. That includes the logistics and software infrastructure to provide both greatly increased availability to customers and reduced prices, starting in the US and UK but then worldwide. We did £407k revenue Jan '25, up 3.7x on Jan '24.
- Preparing items for shipments (labelling, bundling, assembling of pallets, etc.)
- Administrative work associated with shipments (filling out forms, using Google Sheets/Excel, etc.)
We are quite a small team (currently eight, rising to nine/ten) and care a lot about maintaining a high standard of work.
Our selection process involves answering a few questions, followed by a trial day in our warehouse in Acton.
Full-time
£14.50 per hour. There is also a bonus scheme based on the performance of the warehouse team, which is normally in the £100-£300 range per month.
