Warehouse Assistant (part-time)

We are recruiting a part-time warehouse assistant to join our team from June 2025. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals looking to make a start in the UK wine industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Picking and packing retail and trade orders for dispatch, ensuring all items are correctly and safely packaged.
2. Monitoring shipments and reporting breakages.
3. Communicating with customers in a professional and timely manner about their orders.
4. Receiving and logging in-bound deliveries accurately.
5. Stocktaking and ordering packaging supplies.
6. Liaising with couriers, hauliers, and suppliers as required.
7. Hand- and machine-labelling products to the highest standard.
8. Helping to maintain a clean, safe, and organised workplace.
9. Assisting in the general running of the warehouse and with other needs of the business, as required.

Ideal Experience:

1. Physically fit and able to pick and pack orders quickly and efficiently.
2. Effective communicator, both verbal and written.
3. Excellent attention to detail.
4. Computer literate (necessary training will be provided).

Essential Requirements:

1. Right to work in the UK.
2. Driving licence and own transport.
